Through all the confusion of COVID, a temporary stop has been put to high school sports, but through travel leagues and other forms of out of school sports, multiple students at our school have started playing sports including basketball, volleyball, and baseball, to name a few. Students TJ Sanders and Brookelynn Gallis have been playing sports throughout the Covid-19 Quarantine, and Haley Tedrow is starting her travel team soon.

Through playing travel ball, these students can be seen by college coaches and bring them to our school. From first-hand experience, when students go to tournaments for their sport they see many college coaches from just one game. This could potentially bring coaches and more talent to our teams. So, before we continue high school sports, this is a great alternative and opportunity to continue playing and improve your skill.
